Trust by Design

Trust Layer

For Multiversera, trust is not an add-on feature but the foundation of the architecture. The Trust Layer is active from day one in every scenario involving AI and data.

Personal data and KVKK

Data is processed only for an explicit, legitimate purpose and is not used beyond it; data minimization is targeted in every scenario. Every implementation must be designed according to the relevant legislation and requires legal review.

Ethical AI and consented digital persona

A person's image/voice is used only with permission and within a defined scope. The approach is a consented, ethical digital persona; it does not clone or represent a person without authorization.

Verified information

Avatars and narration are grounded in approved sources; accuracy is reviewed; incorrect or unapproved content is prevented.

AI response boundaries and consent

The avatar relies only on approved information, says "I don't know" when it does not know, and stays in scope; user consent and disclosure are essential.

Financial-information boundary

In financial scenarios, no investment advice, return implication or capital-markets recommendation is made; information only; legal approval is essential.

Child and youth safety

In scenarios with possible young users, additional safety, content appropriateness and data protection are applied.

Accessibility

WCAG compliance, captions, audio guide, contrast, keyboard navigation, low-bandwidth and mobile access are a baseline requirement.

Persona boundaries

A consented persona is limited in scope and duration; the person's rights are protected by agreement.

This framework is a design principle and a risk-awareness approach; it is not a legal opinion or a guarantee of definitive KVKK/GDPR compliance. Every implementation requires independent legal review.

Let's review together how your KVKK and ethical-AI requirements are met.
